This package is recommended for small new businesses. For this package, the business owners have the time and the necessary accounting skills and knowledge to take care of their internal accounting and paying their employees.
• The first step is meeting the business owner, and understand the business structure and type, and explaining the available tax types to be elected for his business. Also, we provide a recommendation for the best election type for tax purposes that best fits the company and owner’s financial and tax situation.
• We play the role of assisting the business owner or manager with business accounting by providing technical assistant and advice in order to produce accurate and reliable financial statements at year-end for tax purposes.
• As for the payroll services, Tax Avenger will make sure that all payroll taxes to the Federal, State, Cities, and the unemployment agencies are paid on behalf of the business and on time. We will also File all the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Forms to the Federal, State, and Cities (941, 940, 1028…). Business owners are be required to pay their employees, and our duties are limited to providing the business owner with employee individual pay stubs. At the Year-end, we will provide the business owner all the W2’s for their employees and any 1099’s to all their contractors.
