For Review Engagement
Although a review does not provide third parties assurance regarding the financial statements, however, the review process gives the financial statements more credibility from the point of view of creditors, customers, or any third party.

We first start by applying analytical procedure on your financial statements, as well as understanding the company management hierarchy and duties.

Although evaluating the internal controls of the company is not part of the review process, however, understanding the internal controls will help us in the overall review process. A review report provides limited assurance or negative assurance: “We are not aware of any material modifications” for the financial statements to be in conformity with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

For Compilation Engagement
This type of reporting is commonly required by banks and lenders. The compilation does not include any opinion or assurance provided by the preparer. The compilation is simply assembling and arranging the company numbers or ledgers and convert it into financial statements.
In a compilation engagement, the company is fully responsible for the credibility of its books and records.
